The best of the worst
The Lamplighters League is a strategy game combining real-time exploration and turn-based combat. The story takes us to an alternative version of the 1930s, where a sinister cult called Banished Court is on the verge of carrying out its plan for world dominance. Only the titular Lamplighters League can prevent their malevolent scheme. Unluckily, the best of them have fallen. Consequently, the mission to save the world lies in the hands of the best of the worst.
Save the world
You’ll have to assemble a team of misfits to save the world from the Banished Court. Each of those colorful individuals has an unforgettable personality and unique abilities, such as healing or hypnotizing. You’ll use it during missions all over the world, as your righteous mission will take you to different places, including a jungle, desert, and city. Moreover, your team’s abilities will develop as the story progresses. You’ll also have a chance to recruit new members of the Lamplighters League. A fresh crew can be a game-changer as your agents become more stressed after each mission. As a result, you must give your favorite characters a day off every now and then. However, don’t think of this as a restraint but as a chance to get to know all your agents and try different playstyles derived from their skills.

The Lamplighters League is available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox series S|X. The game’s release date is October 3, 2023.
