Shelly Harrison decides to celebrate her victory over Heskel in a neighborhood bar after defeating him on her previous trip. She runs out to discover Heskel on a giant flying machine, cackling hysterically as he rockets away into a mushroom cloud on the horizon when explosions interrupt her tasty coffee.
She instinctively grabs her Loverboy pistol, cocks it, and heads for the fastest mode of conveyance she can find: a sleek and powerful high-speed Hover Bike armed with Drunken Homing Plasma Missiles. Shelly’s war against Heskel continues, with new zones to explore, new hazardous adversaries to defeat, new armaments to destroy them with, and some incredible high-speed vehicle action.
